Motor Technician - Kilkenny

Laharts are looking to recruit recruit a Qualified Motor Technician to join our Volkswagen service team in Kilkenny.

The ideal candidates will be experienced in all aspects of vehicle servicing and diagnostics and be capable of producing quality work in a busy environment.

Responsibilities include:

Service & repair vehicles in accordance with manufacturers guidelines and dealership standards

Performing work as outlined on the job card with efficiency and accuracy

Using diagnostic equipment and a systematic approach, ensure vehicle faults are diagnosed and rectified

Examining the vehicle and performing vehicle health checks to determine if additional safety or service work is required

Complete service documentation in line with ISO, warranty and dealership requirements

Maintaining a clean and neat workspace and adhering to all company policies, procedures and safety standards

Requirements:

Qualified Motor Technician

Ability to work on own initiative and be a good team player

Good communication skills and the ability to identify and explain additional work required

Will be capable of producing quality work in a busy fast paced environment

Be diligent, with a flexible approach to work

Full Clean Driving License
