Your Volkswagen, Our ID. Promise


Going electric is easy and we're confident you'll love it too. That's why we’re offering you 100 days to get comfortable and feel good driving your new ID. model. If it's not the right fit, you can bring it back.


How it works

VW ID.Promise

We're sure you'll love your new Volkswagen ID. model, however if it's not right for you, you can return your car between 80 to 100 days after your handover. Once it's been returned, you'll receive a refund minus reasonable costs like damage, modification repairs, depreciation, wall box charges and finance deductions⁠⁠.

Buzz) eligible for the Zero Emission Vehicle Ireland (“ZEVI”) grant administered by the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland, ordered on or after 14th February 2026. Used, ex-demo, motability, and fleet vehicles not eligible. Irish residents 18+ only. Applies to cash & Volkswagen Financial Services Ireland customers (excl. HP). Notify retailer & return ID. Vehicle 80–100 days after delivery for refund (minus damage, modification repairs, 5% charge, wall box charges and finance deductions). Part exchanges refunded, not returned.
