Tiguan Plug-In Hybrid The Tiguan plug-in hybrid combines an electric motor and TSI petrol engine to create a combined system that allows you to complete most of your everyday journeys completely electrically. For greater range without stopping to charge, the plug-in hybrid automatically switches to the petrol engine. The new DC quick-charge function enables the battery to be charged in just a few minutes in optimal conditions.
Golf Mild Hybrid The Golf offers you the benefits of innovative hybrid technologies – for an efficient and environmentally friendly journey. In the e-TSI with mild hybrid technology, a starter generator assists the engine at start-up and at slow speeds. Braking and rolling is used to charge the lithium-ion battery. This significantly reduces fuel consumption and CO2 emissions.
Tayron Plug-In Hybrid The Tayron plug-in hybrid combines an electric motor with a TSI petrol engine, allowing you to drive most routes with the five-seater using just the electric motor – with a maximum pure electric range of over 100 km. For greater range without charging stops, the plug-in hybrid switches automatically to the petrol engine. Thanks to the new DC quick-charging function, the battery can be charged in minutes under optimal conditions.
